We truly enjoyed your stay at Tim's place. It was new, clean, tidy and had all the amenities we needed like washing machine + dryer, a good kitchen and comfy room! Thanks for such an enjoyable stay at Wellington!

Wow if you need somewhere to stay in Lower Hutt this is the place to book...This was a such a beautiful little gem it was in a great area it was immaculate and quiet the bed was comfortable there was a private gorgeous little out door area and the shops restaurants and supermarkets were literally 2 seconds away as was the hospital....The owner Phil was really great to deal with she was quick to respond to my booking&I have no doubt in my mind had I needed her for anything or had a question she would have responded straight away...i will most definitely be staying again I absolutely loved it...

Tim was a great host! The space is unique, and quirky, in a great location of Hastings. Water pressure was fantastic! Would book again!!

Phil's place was absolutely lovely and matched all of our expectations. Phil was proactive in her communications and flexible regarding an earlier check in and slightly later check out. Would highly recommend Phil as an exceptional host and her place was just beautiful.

Tim is an excellent host and the house is in a great location and well equipped. Tim was very responsive to queries and checking in. This ended up being a longer stay than planned and Tim has really helped us out with flexibility in the booking when we've got in a pickle. We had our dogs with us and this property is very well fenced and suitable for this.

Great location, homely stay and very responsive hosts! It's a nice home away from home and look forward to staying again.

An amazing place to stay in Wellington. So convenient to the city and attractions, great restaurants, and of course the amazing views of Oriental Bay. The interior was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities that you would expect. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again.
